Delete your account

You delete your account in the app, with a fresh sign-in.

How to do it

  1. Sign in to the app.
  2. Open Settings, then Account. If you have no administration yet, choose Account verwijderen below the form.
  3. Download the audit file, the annual accounts, the reports and the receipts if you have them.
  4. Sign in again if that was more than ten minutes ago.
  5. Type VERWIJDER.

To your account in the app

What is deleted

  • Your login, your sessions and your passkeys.
  • Your personal data.
  • Every administration where you are the only user, including the invoices, the receipt files and the logo.

What you keep

You keep the books for seven years. That is the retention duty in article 52 of the Dutch State Taxes Act. Your data is deleted at once and is gone from the back-ups within 30 days.

An administration you share

If other people are in an administration and you are the only owner, hand ownership over first. After that you can delete your account. If there is another owner, you leave the administration. The books stay for the others.
