After the free month
Goldmary does not renew on its own. You switch renewal on yourself; it is off until you do. Without that choice it stops, and there is nothing to cancel.

Start is for freelancers and small businesses. The bank connection is an add-on at an extra cost. What it costs will be here before you pay anything.
What Goldmary is meant to do
- Book receipts and invoices, including reverse-charged VAT and mixed rates
- Write hours per day and per client, and invoice them with the date on each line
- Send invoices with a payment link, so your client pays with iDEAL
- A bank connection, as an add-on, and matching payments against open items
- Split personal and business, with a question to you when it is not sure
- Prepare the VAT return (btw-aangifte) per box, so you enter it yourself in Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk
- Depreciation, the year-end and the figures for your tax return
- Switch from your current bookkeeping software: read in your audit file and your clients, with an opening balance
- Let your accountant check your figures
Before anything is paid, this page lists what works. In the Netherlands a bank connection needs a PSD2 licence. The plan is to start with Ponto, and add Tink later. That connection is not live yet.
Goldmary prepares the VAT return. You check it and enter the amounts yourself with the Belastingdienst. There is no live Digipoort connection yet: the connection and the certificate have been applied for. Until they are in place, you file the return by hand. Nothing goes to your bank or the Belastingdienst.
