Goldmary is in beta
You can use Goldmary for your bookkeeping, but it is not finished. Features are still being added and sometimes something does not work well yet. Until 1 January 2027 you pay nothing.
What works today
- Invoices and quotes, including credit notes and recurring invoices
- Hours per client and project, also with the timer, and invoicing those hours
- Receipts with the photo or pdf attached
- The VAT return prepared per box. You copy the amounts into Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk yourself
- Reports, fixed assets with depreciation, a draft annual report and an audit file to download
What is coming
- The bank connection. The plan is to start with Ponto, and add Tink later
- A Digipoort connection, so the VAT return can go out directly once you approve it. The connection and the certificate have been applied for
- Reading receipts automatically
- Choosing a package in the app, before December
What happens on 1 January 2027
Until 1 January 2027 you pay nothing. Signing up asks for no payment details, and we never charge you automatically.
Before 1 January you choose a package yourself. Choose before 31 January 2027 and you pay the price for early customers. The amounts are on the pricing page.
If you do not choose a package, your account becomes read-only on 1 January. You can still see everything, but not add or change anything. Your data is kept, you can keep exporting it and we do not delete it.
